The Beautiful Endurance
This is my entry for Paint Jam 2017, developed over the course of 48 hours with GameMaker: Studio.
Note: I originally made this as a Windows executable from GameMaker: Studio, and exported it as a HTML file later without much testing. If issues arise in the browser version of the game, please let me know!
How long can you survive The Beautiful Endurance? Test your skill against an endless rotation of ten different minigames and three difficulty modes.
Will you set a personal best?
Will you mess up and fall short?
You have three lives. Go.
Instructions: Use the mouse to move, click and drag objects in the various minigames. Trial and error may be a good way to solve each of the minigames, but reading the prompt may give you an idea of how to complete it.

This game is pretty good for a game developed in 48 hours. although there is no game feel I oddly cannot pull away from the game. do you have any tips on what to do once you have fallen completely into the control of the game and cannot escape back into reality?
I think the best tip I can offer is to quit when you have a decent score, otherwise the mentality of 'just one more try' keeps kicking in. A few of my friends got sucked into that kind of loop while testing it over that weekend too, so you're not the only one!
What rex said is accurate, fortunately someone messaged me on discord so I was able to pull away from the loop
